1. United Kingdom Delivery
Our collections are dispatched from Israel and delivered to the United Kingdom with the utmost care and attention.
Each order is individually prepared, quality-inspected, and elegantly packed before leaving our studio.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery: 4-6 business days from order confirmation.
As an international shipment, delivery includes export As all orders are shipped internationally from Israel, orders delivered to the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees imposed by UK customs authorities.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. International Shipping
International Delivery (UK): £25 per parcel (up to 5 kg).
This rate includes:
- Secure international handling
- Carefully prepared packaging
- Cross-border documentation and dispatch
For parcels exceeding 5 kg, additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders shipped from Israel may be subject to UK VAT, customs duties, or import handling fees upon arrival.
These charges, if applicable, are determined by UK authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Customs Duties, VAT and Import Charges (Important for UK Customers)
As all orders are shipped from Israel:
- Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, UK VAT, and customs handling fees.
- These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- The Company does not collect UK VAT at checkout.
- The Company has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount in advance.
If a customer refuses to pay customs charges and the shipment is returned, return shipping costs and any additional fees may be deducted from the refund.
Customers are advised to check with UK customs authorities before placing an order.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.
7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Customs inspections or delays
- Strikes or transportation disruptions
- Governmental restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Technical failures
8. Change of Delivery Address
Requests to change the delivery address after placing an order must be submitted to Customer Service as soon as possible.
While the Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, changes may result in delays and are not guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.
